Texas Dating Violence Awareness and Prevention Toolkit

For the fourth year in a row, the Texas Dating Violence Prevention Team is distributing a comprehensive kit of materials to help schools and communities counteract dating violence and promote healthy dating. This past October, toolkits were distributed to all the high schools in Texas in CD format. In addition, the toolkit materials can be downloaded for your use from this website.

The toolkit includes materials from the American Bar Association, Centers for Disease Control and Liz Claiborne along with Texas-specific materials, including:

• Posters
• Warning signs
• Fact sheets
• Suggestions for classroom activities
• Brochures
• Wallet cards
