Cancellations and Refunds:
In order to secure a refund and avoid penalty, the agency or officer must notify ICJS in writing at least five (5) days prior to the training start date. Written notification can be made to Dr. James "Rick" Walker via email at jrw135@txstate.edu. If notification of cancellation is not made in a timely fashion, a penalty of one-half of the posted registration fee will be assessed. Emergency and/or exigent circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
